Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora, an IHG Hotel

One of the best stays for a very good price in today's hotel market. The hotel is brand new but well designed for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with all the amenities you need. Front desk service was professional and courteous and the morning breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had for this hotel tier.Currently the rooms have an open view of the adjacent undeveloped space giving lots of green views. Everything was immaculate and we would recommend it 100%.They just need to stop using the 3D renderings of the building... The built hotel photographs are much nicer than the renders...

Stayed for one night for a wedding.The rooms are a 4/5. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, there was a weird odour coming out from the air conditioning unit in our room. Fortunately you could only smell it if you were right next to the vent. If it wasn't for the odour, I would have given 5 stars for the room.The service was excellent, 5/5 for the service. Upon check-in at reception, the staff member upgraded my room to a larger room free of charge - this was very much appreciated. The cleaning staff were all very kind and greeted us as we passed by.The location is a 5/5. Very close to several grocery stores while still being far away enough from the main roads that you don't hear any noise during the night or early morning.I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay in Aurora.
